4 Easy Party Dips

Spinach Artichoke

The queen of party dips — creamy, cheesy, and loaded with spinach and artichoke hearts. Served warm and bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Toppings

  • Extra Parmesan
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Toasted bread rounds

Steps

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and half the cheeses until smooth.
  2. Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Buffalo Chicken

Spicy, creamy, and dangerously addictive — shredded chicken in buffalo sauce with a ranch cream cheese base.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Toppings

  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Celery sticks
  • Extra hot sauce
  • Green onions

Steps

  1. Mix cream cheese, ranch, and half the buffalo sauce until smooth.
  2. Fold in shredded chicken and half the cheddar.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar.
  4. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce.

French Onion

Ingredients

  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 8 oz sour cream

  • Caramelized onion pieces
  • Chives
  • Gruyere cheese (melted on top)

Steps

  1. Caramelize onions in butter over medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Let onions cool slightly.
  3. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire, and garlic powder.
  4. Fold in caramelized onions. Serve at room temperature or bake with Gruyere on top.

Everything Bagel

All the addictive flavors of an everything bagel in dip form — cream cheese base loaded with sesame, poppy, garlic, and onion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 strips bacon, crumbled

Toppings

  • Extra everything bagel seasoning
  • Chopped chives
  • Bacon crumbles
  • Bagel chips for dipping

Steps

  1. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning, chives, cheddar, and bacon.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Top with remaining seasoning, extra chives, and bacon. Serve with bagel chips and veggies.
