Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch of collard greens cleaned and chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon chopped
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Bacon: In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
