Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Spinach and Artichokes: Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes, along with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Ensure everything is well combined.
  • Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
  • Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
