- 4 cups fresh green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup French fried onions divided
- Salt to taste
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Green Beans: In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the green beans for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
