Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for about 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
  • In a large baking dish, layer the blanched broccoli and pour the cheese mixture over the top, ensuring the broccoli is well coated.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling. Let it cool slightly before serving.
