  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Tortilla chips crackers, or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, artichokes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Pair with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
